Hours change with the season, so check the county hours and locations page before you load up.

The county posts its current rates on its Rates and Fees page.

Paint, chemicals and other hazardous waste

The Hazardous Waste Facility at Knott Landfill takes household hazardous waste from residential users.

Calvin does not haul hazardous materials, so this is the place for them.

Or let Calvin haul it

Calvin carries everything out of the house and loads it on his 18-yard dump truck. He sorts as he goes, so usable furniture goes to Furnished Hope, Habitat for Humanity ReStore and Goodwill, and metal goes to recycling, before anything reaches the landfill.

Jobs in Bend start at $100, and the estimate is free. Call or text (541) 706-1756. See all of his services, how pricing works and what goes on the truck.

“Did an incredible job hauling away all the unsold items from a huge estate sale. They even took apart a huge heavy hoist that I thought could never be moved but they did it. Super efficient and hard working. I would definitely recommend and use again.”
