A house cleanout is everything at once. Furniture, closets, kitchen, garage, attic and the pile behind the shed. Calvin clears it room by room and leaves the house empty.
People call for a move, a downsize, a sale, a rental turnover, a foreclosure or a hoarding situation. Each one gets the same respect.

Sorted on the way out
Nothing has to be sorted ahead of time. Calvin separates what can be donated from what can be recycled as he loads. Usable furniture and household goods go to Furnished Hope, Habitat for Humanity ReStore and Goodwill. Metal and cardboard go to recycling.
If there are things to keep, set them in one room or mark them. Everything else goes.
Hard cleanouts
Some houses are full after years of collecting. Some belong to a parent who has passed. Calvin works through them steadily and treats family belongings with care. For houses being settled after a death, estate cleanouts covers the details executors ask about.
Realtors and landlords getting a property ready should look at real estate cleanouts.
How a house cleanout is planned
Calvin walks the house first and gives a free estimate based on how much of the 18-yard truck the contents will fill. A full house can be more than one load. The estimate says so up front.
On the booked day, Calvin arrives in a two-hour window. Furniture, boxes, appliances and yard junk go. Payment is cash, check, credit card or Venmo.
Downsizing
Moving to a smaller place means deciding what fits. Once the movers take what is going, Calvin clears what is left, from the extra bedroom set to the workbench in the garage. Rooms, closets and the yard can all go in one visit, and the house is ready for its next step.
How the price works
Text a photo of what needs to go to (541) 706-1756. Calvin looks at how much room it takes on the truck and texts back one number for the whole job. No hourly rate. Jobs start at $100. The only add-ons: stairs +$25, appliance with freon +$40, tires +$10. He tells you before he starts. More on how pricing works.
