Clear the path, Calvin does the rest

Clear a route from the piano to the door. Move rugs, small tables and anything breakable along the way. Calvin moves the piano out in one piece and loads it on the truck.

A piano upstairs or down a flight of steps is still doable. Stairs add $25.

This is removal, not moving

Calvin hauls pianos away. He does not move them to a new home or tune them. If the piano still plays well, it is worth asking a local music store or school first. When nobody wants it, call (541) 706-1756.

Pianos often go out with the rest of an estate. See estate cleanouts and furniture removal.

Why pianos are hard to get rid of

An upright piano can weigh several hundred pounds, and a grand far more. The weight sits in the iron plate inside, which is why a piano does not slide down stairs easily and why most people cannot move one with friends.

That weight is why a piano needs a planned route out of the house and the right equipment to move it. The estimate is free, and the price is confirmed before work starts.

“Did an incredible job hauling away all the unsold items from a huge estate sale. They even took apart a huge heavy hoist that I thought could never be moved but they did it. Super efficient and hard working. I would definitely recommend and use again.”

Yes. Stairs are +$25, named before the work starts. Mention how many steps there are when you send the photo.
