A remodel leaves the old kitchen in the driveway. Cabinets, countertops, tile, carpet, fixtures and bags of drywall. Calvin hauls it away so the new room is not surrounded by the old one.
Homeowners doing their own remodel and the contractors they hire can both book a haul-off.

Lived-in homes
Renovation debris usually comes out of a house people still live in. Calvin carries it through the house carefully.
If the old cabinets are in good shape, they may be able to go to Habitat for Humanity ReStore instead of the landfill.
Tear-out and haul
If cabinets, flooring or carpet still need to come out, Calvin can do that too. See light demolition. Light demolition covers non-load-bearing walls too. Structural walls stay.
For job site scrap, see construction debris removal.
Doing your own remodel
Homeowners doing their own kitchen or bath often have nowhere to put the old one. A pile in the driveway is fine. Calvin loads it on the 18-yard dump truck.
Paint and solvents left over from the project are hazardous and stay off the truck.
Old kitchens and bathrooms
A kitchen remodel fills a driveway fast. Upper and lower cabinets, a laminate countertop, the old sink and faucet and boxes of broken tile. A bathroom adds a vanity, a toilet and sometimes a cast iron tub, which is heavy enough that most people cannot move it alone. Calvin carries it out and loads it.
The old appliances can go on the same load. A fridge or freezer with freon is +$40 each, named before the work starts. Cabinets that come off the wall in one piece are worth setting aside, because ReStore can sometimes use them.
How the price works
Text a photo of what needs to go to (541) 706-1756. Calvin looks at how much room it takes on the truck and texts back one number for the whole job. No hourly rate. Jobs start at $100. The only add-ons: stairs +$25, appliance with freon +$40, tires +$10. He tells you before he starts. More on how pricing works.
