Some jobs are bigger than a pickup, like an old manufactured home or a camper that won't move again. Calvin tears it down and hauls it away.
A photo gets you a free estimate. When Calvin gets there, he'll give you a price and you can decide.

Teardown and haul in one job
Calvin takes the structure apart himself and loads it on the 18-yard dump truck, as many loads as it takes.
Debris is sorted as it comes down. Metal goes to metal recyclers. The rest goes to the landfill.
What to know first
Foundations and large amounts of concrete stay behind.
Manufactured homes and RVs have their own pages: manufactured home removal and RV removal.
Smaller tear-downs
Not every demolition job is a whole home. Old sheds, rotted decks, fences and playsets are torn down and hauled off the same way, and so are hot tubs that will not come out whole. These smaller jobs often go on one trip together.
Fences, playsets and other small jobs are under light demolition.
Work for other trades
Calvin does teardown and haul away. He does not do structural engineering or foundation work. For those parts of a project, hire the right trade, and Calvin handles the teardown and hauling around them.
Every demolition job starts with a visit and a free estimate. The price is confirmed before work starts. Payment is cash, check, card or Venmo.
Typical teardown jobs
Most of these jobs are structures that outlived their use. A manufactured home on a lot being cleared, a camper that has sat in a field for years, a lean-to off an old barn, a rotted deck, or a hot tub cut out of a deck long ago and left in the yard. Calvin takes each one apart and loads it himself.
A photo from a few angles helps. Show the whole structure, how close the truck can get, and anything around it that has to stay, like a fence, a tree or a well head. That brings the estimate closer to the final price.
How the price works
Text a photo of what needs to go to (541) 706-1756. Calvin looks at how much room it takes on the truck and texts back one number for the whole job. No hourly rate. Jobs start at $100. The only add-ons: stairs +$25, appliance with freon +$40, tires +$10. He tells you before he starts. More on how pricing works.
