The truck is packed and the house still has a couch nobody wanted, a pile of bagged trash and the boxes from the move. Calvin hauls the leftovers so the place is empty for the walkthrough.
Houses, apartments and rentals. Tenants, landlords and property managers all call him for it.

Apartments and rentals
Calvin carries it down the stairs and out of the unit. Stairs add $25. Dumped couches and mattresses left by the trash enclosure go too.
For a full unit turnover, see real estate cleanouts.
Sorted, not just dumped
Furniture in decent shape goes to Furnished Hope, Habitat for Humanity ReStore or Goodwill. Metal goes to recycling and the rest goes to the landfill.
Book it for the end of the move
Calvin works Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM. Text a photo of what is left and pick a weekday before your move-out date.
What a tenant leaves behind
Bags of clothes, a broken bed frame, boxes stacked in a closet and a cheap desk are common after a tenant moves out. Calvin goes room by room and loads what is left on his 18-yard dump truck.
Once the last load is out, the rooms are ready for the cleaners or the next tenant.
Several units at once
Property managers can text photos of each unit as it empties. Calvin gives an estimate per unit, and several units in one complex can ride on the same trip when there is room on the truck.
How the price works
Text a photo of what needs to go to (541) 706-1756. Calvin looks at how much room it takes on the truck and texts back one number for the whole job. No hourly rate. Jobs start at $100. The only add-ons: stairs +$25, appliance with freon +$40, tires +$10. He tells you before he starts. More on how pricing works.
