A garage fills up one box at a time until the car lives in the driveway. Calvin clears it out. Old furniture, broken tools, bikes, holiday decorations, old shelving and whatever has been sitting since the last move.

A photo from the open garage door shows Calvin most of the job.

The full list of what goes on the truck, and what doesn't.

What stays off the truck

Garages collect paint, oil, fuel and chemicals. Those are hazardous materials and Calvin does not haul them. The Bend dump guide says where they go. Everything else in a normal garage can go. See what Calvin takes and what he leaves.

Carports and covered parking spots get the same treatment.

One load or a full truck

Some garages need a corner cleared. Others need everything out down to the concrete.

Garages often lead to the rest of the house. See storage unit cleanouts.

Making the garage usable again

Once the junk is out, the garage is usable for the car, a workshop or storage that actually gets used.

Old workbenches and shelving can go too, so the walls are clear as well as the floor.

Carports and open storage

A carport collects the overflow from the garage. Old tires, a broken mower, scrap lumber, a dead freezer and tarps over things nobody remembers. Calvin clears all of it. If the carport itself is coming down, that is light demolition.

Several customers mention that Calvin swept the garage out once it was empty. Tires are +$10 each, and a fridge or freezer with freon is +$40 each, both named before he starts.

How the price works

Text a photo of what needs to go to (541) 706-1756. Calvin looks at how much room it takes on the truck and texts back one number for the whole job. No hourly rate. Jobs start at $100. The only add-ons: stairs +$25, appliance with freon +$40, tires +$10. He tells you before he starts. More on how pricing works.

“Did an incredible job hauling away all the unsold items from a huge estate sale. They even took apart a huge heavy hoist that I thought could never be moved but they did it. Super efficient and hard working. I would definitely recommend and use again.”
