When a business moves out, the space has to be empty before the keys go back. Calvin clears offices, retail spaces and warehouses down to the walls.

Calvin is insured.

The full list of what goes on the truck, and what doesn't.

Lease endings and closures

Landlords expect a space back empty. Calvin plans the cleanout with you, takes cubicles and fixtures apart as needed, and loads it all on the 18-yard truck. Bigger spaces may take more than one load, and the estimate says so up front.

Usable desks and chairs can go to donation instead of the landfill.

Ongoing commercial work

For smaller one-off jobs, see commercial junk removal. For regular pickups, see bulk trash pickup.

If interior walls or built-ins need to come out, see light demolition.

Retail and warehouse spaces

Retail spaces leave behind fixtures, displays, shelving and signage. Warehouses leave racking, pallets and old stock.

Planning a commercial cleanout

Furniture and fixtures come out in the order that suits the move.

Payment is cash, check, credit card or Venmo.

A cleanout on a deadline

Lease end dates do not move. Calvin plans the cleanout around the day the keys are due, so the space is empty with time left for the landlord's walkthrough. One office customer had two days to clear out, and Calvin fit the job in the next day, taking about six large pieces of office furniture plus supplies and equipment.

Tell Calvin what stays with the space, like built-in shelving or anything the landlord owns, so it is left in place.

How the price works

Text a photo of what needs to go to (541) 706-1756. Calvin looks at how much room it takes on the truck and texts back one number for the whole job. No hourly rate. Jobs start at $100. The only add-ons: stairs +$25, appliance with freon +$40, tires +$10. He tells you before he starts. More on how pricing works.

“Did an incredible job hauling away all the unsold items from a huge estate sale. They even took apart a huge heavy hoist that I thought could never be moved but they did it. Super efficient and hard working. I would definitely recommend and use again.”
