Regular trash pickup won't take a couch, a mattress or an old fridge. Calvin will. Put it at the curb or leave it where it is, and he hauls it away.

One big item or a pile of them.

What goes on the truck

  • Couches and chairs
  • Mattresses and box springs
  • Refrigerators and freezers
  • Carpet and pads
  • Tables and dressers
  • Tires

The full list of what goes on the truck, and what doesn't.

At the curb or inside

Calvin picks up from the curb or the driveway. If it is still inside, he carries it out. Stairs add $25.

Common bulk items

Couches, mattresses, fridges, carpet and old furniture. A fridge or freezer with freon adds $40. Tires are $10 each.

For one item, see single item pickup.

Sorted after pickup

Furniture in decent shape goes to donation. Metal goes to recycling and the rest goes to the landfill.

If you already set it out

If the item is already outside, leave it on the driveway or by the curb where the truck can pull up close. Throw a tarp over a mattress or couch if rain or snow is on the way.

Say where it is sitting when you text the photo. On pickup day you get a two-hour arrival window.

A pile from around the house

A box spring from the guest room, a recliner from the den, rolled carpet from a remodel and an old washer from the laundry room can all go on one trip. Calvin puts the whole pile on his 18-yard dump truck.

Carpet torn up in a remodel can stay in long rolls. Calvin loads it the way it sits.

Bulk pickup is open to homeowners, renters and landlords in Bend and the Central Oregon towns Calvin serves.

“Did an incredible job hauling away all the unsold items from a huge estate sale. They even took apart a huge heavy hoist that I thought could never be moved but they did it. Super efficient and hard working. I would definitely recommend and use again.”
