The full list of what goes on the truck, and what doesn't.

Book a weekday pickup

Calvin works Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM. For a weekend event, set the pile aside and book the pickup for the next weekday that works.

Sorted as it's loaded

Cardboard goes to recycling. Usable tables and chairs can go to donation. The rest goes to the landfill.

For pallets and boxes, see wood and pallet removal and cardboard and packaging removal.

What can't go

Leftover food and liquids, paint and chemicals can't go on the truck. Bag the trash and set the rest aside.

Who books it

Couples after a wedding, event planners, venue staff and companies after a work party. Calvin deals with whoever is in charge of the cleanup and loads the pile from where it was left.

Calvin pulls up as close to the pile as the venue allows, whether that is a barn, a backyard tent or the loading door of an event hall.

Rented gear stays behind

Rental tables, tents and linens that go back to the rental company stay put. Point out what is yours to toss when Calvin arrives, and only that goes on the truck.

If nobody can be there, mark the pile or send a photo that shows exactly what goes.

“Did an incredible job hauling away all the unsold items from a huge estate sale. They even took apart a huge heavy hoist that I thought could never be moved but they did it. Super efficient and hard working. I would definitely recommend and use again.”
