After a move or a party

After a move, a party or a cleanup, one pickup clears it. For apartment complexes, rentals and businesses, a recurring pickup keeps the overflow from building.

Recycled where it can be

Usable items go to donation first: Furnished Hope, Habitat for Humanity ReStore and Goodwill.

Cardboard and recyclables go to Deschutes Recycling. What is left goes to the landfill.

Rentals and businesses

Rentals and businesses can pile up more trash than their bins hold. Calvin clears the spillover around the dumpster.

Bigger loads are covered by house cleanouts and commercial junk removal. See how pricing works.

Bulky items on the same load

Move-outs, party cleanups and rental turnovers make a lot of trash at once. Bulky items like broken furniture go on the same load.

What counts as bulk trash

Bulk trash is what the weekly can will not hold. Bags from a garage purge, broken lawn chairs, a stack of flattened boxes, carpet pulled out of a bedroom, or a pile left behind by tenants. If it fits through a doorway and is not hazardous, it can usually go.

The price follows how much of the truck the pile fills, with a $100 minimum. A photo of the pile gets you an estimate, and Calvin gives the price once he sees it in person. Bag loose trash ahead of time so it loads fast and nothing blows around.

How the price works

Text a photo of what needs to go to (541) 706-1756. Calvin looks at how much room it takes on the truck and texts back one number for the whole job. No hourly rate. Jobs start at $100. The only add-ons: stairs +$25, appliance with freon +$40, tires +$10. He tells you before he starts. More on how pricing works.

“Did an incredible job hauling away all the unsold items from a huge estate sale. They even took apart a huge heavy hoist that I thought could never be moved but they did it. Super efficient and hard working. I would definitely recommend and use again.”
