A hoarded house is a hard thing to face, for the owner and for the family. Calvin clears it room by room and loads it on his 18-yard dump truck, so the house can be lived in, sold or rented again.
Families, landlords and estate executors call him for these jobs.
What goes on the truck

Keepers set aside first
Walk the house with Calvin before the work starts and point out what stays. Papers, photos and anything with a name on it get set aside, and the rest goes on the truck.
Usable furniture and household goods go to donation. Metal goes to recycling.
Bigger jobs take more than one load
A full house can be more than one truckload. Send photos of each room and Calvin will give you an estimate. When Calvin gets there, he'll give you a price and you can decide.
What stays behind
Paint, chemicals and other hazardous materials can't go on the truck. Set them aside, or Calvin will point them out as he works.
For a regular move-out or a house sale, see house cleanouts.
One person from the first photo to the last load
Calvin owns the business and does the work himself. The man who looks at your photos is the man who walks through the door. That matters when the house belongs to someone you care about.
He is there to clear rooms, not to judge them. The family decides what stays and what goes.
When a relative or an executor is calling
Sometimes the person who books the cleanout is a son, a daughter or the executor of an estate. One person can walk the rooms with Calvin and mark the keepers, and he takes it from there.
If something turns up in a pile that looks like it matters, like letters, photos or paperwork, it goes in the keep pile for the family to look at.
How the price works
Text a photo of what needs to go to (541) 706-1756. Calvin looks at how much room it takes on the truck and texts back one number for the whole job. No hourly rate. Jobs start at $100. The only add-ons: stairs +$25, appliance with freon +$40, tires +$10. He tells you before he starts. More on how pricing works.
